Windham Financial Services, Inc. provides fundamental, quantitative and technical analysis of worldwide markets covering all major averages and 52,000 individual stocks for institutional and individual retail clients. Our primary goal is to identify both short and long-term trends on major Indexes (Dow, FTSE-100, NASDAQ, Xetra Dax, S&P 500, Nikkei 225, Crude Oil, CAC-40, U.S. Treasury Yields, Gold, Exchange Traded Funds, etc...) utilizing various proprietary fundamental/quantitative models and technical tools. Our trading systems are designed to help the value as well as the momentum investor and we cater to both the buy and sell side of the street. We work with our clients on a continuous basis to help them supplement their fundamental research and develop strategies to optimize individual security accumulation and distribution points, build sector weighting and rotational strategies and take advantage of asset allocation shifts based on our market timing models. Our research is independent and unbiased.
Windham Financial Services, Inc. also provides investment management services to retail clients based on our institutional research. Our strategies are tailored to each clients individual investment goals and objectives utilizing Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT) statistics in the structuring of various asset classes to create a diversified portfolio. Our stock selection methodology is based on selecting the strongest growth companies with consistent earnings performance. Our fixed income allocation is designed to provide long-term yield and portfolio stability, while we utilize Exchange Traded Funds (ETF's) to enhance our sector weighting and add sensitivity to additional asset classes including gold, currencies and international markets.
Windham Financial then uses portfolio beta and standard deviation measurements to assess
portfolio risk levels and match them to our clients objectives, while we
also use a floating rather than fixed asset allocation strategy to
continuously adjust and rebalance our portfolios to changing market
conditions. Windham Financial accomplishes this by utilizing
dynamic hedging strategies to offset systematic risk during periods of
increased market volatility, while focusing on portfolio tax efficiency and
controlling our turnover expenses.
Our overall goal is lower our sensitivity to stocks during market
corrections and concentrate on capital preservation, while increasing
our allocation to equities and focusing on growth during periods of market
expansion. We utilize a complex series of quantitative and technical
models to accomplish these goals.
